How far in advance should I book concert transportation?
For major stadium shows and arena tours, book 2-4 weeks ahead. Popular artists like Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, or Chicago festivals sell out our fleet quickly. Theater shows and smaller venues can often be booked within a week.
Can we bring alcohol on the party bus?
Absolutely! BYOB is encouraged on our Sprinter and coach party buses. We provide coolers and ice. Sedan and SUV services allow sealed beverages. All passengers must be 21+ if alcohol is present.
What if the concert runs late or has an encore?
Our drivers monitor show times and coordinate with venue staff. We build in 30-45 minute buffers for major arena shows. If the show runs exceptionally long, hourly overages apply at the standard rate.
Do you drop us at the VIP entrance?
We drop at the closest permitted entrance for each venue. At United Center and Soldier Field, this is often near VIP zones. At Wrigley Field and Chicago Theatre, we use main entrance drop-offs for maximum convenience.
