Is gratuity included in the pricing?
Gratuity is not included in our quoted prices. A 15-20% tip for your driver is customary and appreciated. Many groups collect gratuity from all passengers to make it easy.
Are there any hidden fees I should know about?
We pride ourselves on transparent pricing. Your quote includes the bus, driver, fuel, and all amenities. Additional charges only apply for excessive cleaning (rare), long-distance tolls, or add-on services you choose.
What's the minimum rental time?
Our standard minimum is 4 hours. Peak dates (prom season, major holidays, New Year's Eve) may require 5-6 hour minimums. Contact us for specific requirements on your date.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, we require a deposit to secure your booking - typically 25-50% depending on the event. The balance is due 7 days before your event. We accept all major credit cards.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 14+ days before receive a full refund minus a processing fee. 7-13 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund. We highly recommend booking refundable if you're uncertain about your date.
