How far in advance should I book?

We recommend 2-3 weeks for weekday events and 4-6 weeks for weekend nights, especially during peak season (May through October) and prom season (April-June). Popular dates sell out fast.

What is the minimum booking time?

Most party buses have a 3-hour minimum. The 40-passenger mega bus requires a 4-hour minimum. There is no maximum — we have had groups book 8-10 hour all-day events.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Single party bus: cancel 7+ days before for a full refund; 3–7 days = 50% refund; less than 72 hours or no-show = full charge. Multi-vehicle group bookings (2+ vehicles): 30% deposit is non-refundable; 30+ days before event = deposit forfeit with balance refunded; 14–30 days = deposit forfeit plus 50% of remaining balance; less than 14 days = full charge. Free date changes available 7+ days before your event, subject to availability.

What areas do you serve?

We serve all of Chicagoland — downtown, North Side, South Side, and suburbs including Naperville, Schaumburg, Evanston, Oak Park, Orland Park, Arlington Heights, and everywhere in between. We can also do trips to Milwaukee, Indiana, and other regional destinations.

Are your drivers CDL-licensed?

Yes. All party bus chauffeurs hold a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), are background-checked, drug-tested, and have extensive experience driving party buses in the Chicago area.

Is smoking allowed on the party bus?

No. Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vape, etc.) is not permitted inside the bus. Your chauffeur can make stops for smoke breaks as part of your route.

What about noise levels and neighbors?

Our buses are designed for fun, but we ask groups to keep noise reasonable during pickup and drop-off in residential neighborhoods. Once you are rolling, crank it up — the bus is soundproofed to keep the party inside.

What is the tipping policy?

Gratuity is not included in the hourly rate. Industry standard is 15-20% of the total fare. Tips can be paid in cash directly to your chauffeur at the end of the night.

What is included in the price?

Every rental includes a CDL-licensed chauffeur, fuel, insurance, sound system, LED lighting, climate control, ice, coolers, cups, and custom route planning. Alcohol, decorations (beyond basic), and gratuity are not included.

Do you offer prom discounts?

Yes. We offer special prom packages starting at $249/hour with a 4-hour minimum. Group discounts are available for schools and large prom groups. Contact us for prom-specific pricing.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The hourly rate we quote includes fuel, insurance, and your chauffeur. The only extras are gratuity (at your discretion), any custom decoration packages you add, and overtime if you extend beyond your booked hours.
