Booking & Reservations
All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Confirmation will be sent via email or text.
Cancellation & Deposit Policy
Party bus and multi-vehicle group bookings require a non-refundable deposit to reserve the fleet. Full tiered policy at royalcarriagelimo.com/cancellation-policy.
Single Party Bus
- 7+ days before pickup: full refund
- 3–7 days: 50% refund
- Less than 72 hours or no-show: full charge
Multi-Vehicle Group Bookings (2+ vehicles, bachelorette fleets, corporate group events)
- 30% non-refundable deposit required at booking to secure the fleet
- 40–60% downpayment due at booking (the deposit counts toward this). Balance due 14 days before event
- 30+ days before event: deposit forfeit, balance refunded
- 14–30 days: deposit forfeit plus 50% of remaining balance
- Less than 14 days or no-show: full charge
Sedan & SUV Transfers (pre/post-event shuttles)
- 48+ hours: full refund
- 24–48 hours: 50% charge
- Less than 24 hours or no-show: full charge
Severe weather and verified emergencies qualify for a full fee waiver across all tiers.
Pricing
All quoted prices are flat rates unless otherwise specified. Prices include standard wait time, tolls, and gratuity is not included. Additional stops or route changes may incur extra charges.
Wait Time
- Airport pickups: 60 minutes complimentary wait time after flight lands
- All other pickups: 15 minutes complimentary wait time
- Additional wait time billed at $1/minute
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles. Damage to vehicles will be billed to the customer.
Liability
Royal Carriage Limousine maintains full commercial insurance coverage. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
